Superior Choice Credit Union, with approximately $720 million in assets, located in Superior, Wisconsin, is currently recruiting for a senior financial services executive to serve as their President/CEO. Reporting directly to the board of directors, the incoming executive will lead the organization to renewed stability in the areas of financial strength, regulatory compliance, and lending. The incoming executive will play a critical role in reenforcing the reputation of the organization in the community, establishing a culture of excellence within the credit union, and developing a strategic organizational vision for growth and advancement. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing financial operations and implementing policies and procedures to influence strategic direction and tactical performance.
