Solarity Credit Union, with over $800 million in assets, located in Yakima, Washington, is currently seeking a financial executive to serve as their Regional Vice President, Retail Banking. In this newly created role, the incoming executive will report directly to the SVP of Retail Banking and will be responsible for a four-branch region. The credit union will look to this individual to champion the sales and service culture of the credit union. Primary responsibilities will be to coach and mentor on sales strategies, develop sales initiatives, and lead staff within the branches in pursuing sales targets, identifying sales opportunities, and reporting on sales production. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of experience in overseeing sales initiatives for a retail banking branch infrastructure, have proven leadership skills, and bring a sales-focused strategic vision to the role.
