Exceeding $800 million in assets, Solarity Credit Union, located in Yakima, Washington, is currently recruiting for a senior lending executive to serve as their Vice President, Commercial Business Sales Manager. Reporting directly to the Chief Credit Officer, this individual will be responsible for leading a team of relationship managers. Responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the commercial lenders, diversifying and growing the commercial loan portfolio, capturing both loan and deposit relationships, and building relationships in the community. The successful candidate will have five plus years of senior commercial lending experience, a proven ability to build and lead a commercial lending team, and a history of expanding commercial banking operations.
